Common issues
Report failed or never completed
No credit is deducted on failed reports. Email us with the address and we'll investigate. Some remote rural addresses fall outside our geocoder's coverage.
Wrong data in my report
All data is sourced from state government portals. If you believe a data point is incorrect, let us know — we can check whether it's a data source issue or a rendering problem.
Billing or refund request
Email us with your account address and order details. We assess refund requests case by case.
